Build up areas (1.1.1. Continuous urban fabric, 1.1.2. Discontinuous urban fabric, 1.2.1. Industrial and commercial units, 1.2.2. Road and rail networks and associated land, 1.2.3. Port areas, 1.2.4. Airports, Construction sites and 1.4.2. Sport and leisure facilities) in floodplain and coastal risky areas at eldership level. Floodplain and coastal risk areas have the probability to be flooded one time per thousand years (returning period). Floodplain and coastal risky areas data from from Lithuanian Environmental Protection Agency and land use data from Corine Land Cover 2018.
